• Maplewood Village is a land lease community, meaning you own your home and pay a monthly lot fee. The lot fee can be found on the home listing.
• Maplewood Village is a 50 and older community.
• Two dogs are allowed per household, each dog cannot weight more than 25 pounds.
• All potential residents must complete a full credit and background application, the fee is $75 for two applicants.
